Little men with sticks

Fri Apr 3, 2009, 6:44 AM
Nothing makes me happier than seeing a horde of angry teenagers invoking the wrath of God in broken english. Also, racism? Religion is not a race. I think even you can understand that basic concept. There also seems to exist a charming but misguided notion by Indonesian and Malaysian muslims about islam. Take a good long look at European history and its centuries long struggle against the savages from the Middle East before giving any claims about islam being peaceful or tolerant. And before someone plays the Crusade card - the Crusades happened because muslims conquered Jerusalem and denied the pilgrims a safe passage to their holy places. The Crusades were a response, not a cause.

I'm fully aware of the futility of reasoning with your kind though. The only thing you can comprehend is force, because your religion was born with a sword in its hands.

Oh hey Kazi, how is your political agenda going?

Remember that one time i drawed something? Dude, that was awesome.
Hi TG! Heh, I'm doing nothing at all in that regard at this time. I got a job for the summer, thus I have no time for the internet. How have you been?

Tako je nekoć bilo...
Well i guess.

I assure you, that most of us are just as horrified by these acts of 'justice' by so-called 'Muslims' as everyone else. Our religion tells us to treat everyone equally, because we are all seen as equals by God. Our religion is peaceful; we're only to create war to protect our country and/or religion (i.e. jihad).

So, are you saying that, because of of the idiocy of some people in this this world, and the ignorance of others who will then make assumptions towards us, judging us by the acts of those complete idiots, and then attack us, thinking we have ill-will towards them or that we should not have free-will to worship who we want, we should not defend ourselves?

Any Christian, Mormon, Hindus, whoever, would defend themselves and their right - so why shouldn't we?

The extremists are horribly misguided but what people don't seem to understand is that; yes, there it may influence others to think the same, but those others are very ignorant of what Allah s.w.t. wants. It is not our job to punish or persecute, merely to submit to God's will. There is a risk like this with anything; who's to say that all the vegetarians in this world won't bomb up McDonald's for using meat, or something, or that Christians won't go and kill Muslim's for opposing their beliefs? No one can be sure.

The point I am trying to make is that no one like this would exist if you did not expect it from us! You expect us to scorn, and hate, and be angry, and carry bombs in our vests. I'm not accusing you as an individual, but society. If people didn't yell at us to go back to our countries or purposely cross all the way from across the room to check your body for bombs, you out of everyone in the room.

Most humans do not think then act, but that doesn't eman we shouldn't try. I am not forcing my beliefs on you; you are welcome to have your own opinions, I am merely trying to make you see my side of the story too. I understand what you're saying perfectly.

If all the Muslim's do decide to become terrorists and bomb up civilians, then you're welcome to destroy us all. :D I'm just saying it's unlikely.

I swear I never meant to let it die; I just don't care about you anymore. It's not fair when you say that I didn't try; I just don't care about you anymore.

I'm not saying all Muslim's are terrorists, that would be silly and stupid, as well as an uniformed opinion. However there does seem to be a large faction in Islam that seems content to sit on the sidelines while their religion is used in horribly misguided ways.
For all of the millions of followers of Islam I can't think of hearing of one cleric of note standing up and protesting the killings done in the name of Islam. But that maybe because it is not getting reported much, I don't know. Just as an average American I've yet to hear any great uproar by a Muslim against the terrorism. And when there is an absence of words it is easy and/or lazy to assume that the rest of Islam is going along with the extremism ...

I see. Tell me, what can we do? If we do go violent agasint said terrorists, what makes us better than them? Furthermore, foolish people who believe all terrorists are Muslims would then just assume that we are violent and barbaric. Then a whole uprising will start and everyone will go around killing us off. We leave judgement up to God.

There would not be a need to get 'violent', merely speaking out against these extremist when they attack would be a good start. It might counter seeing supposed Muslims dancing for joy when the World Trade Centers went down ...

I do. All the time. I think they're stupid. Some people just disregard us though. Not much I can do about that, is there? I didn't dance for joy. People I knew died there. Good friends, actually. Some relatives too. Even when we do speak out, everyone thinks we're pretending - believe me, it's happened to me personally.
